Ankole Adventures prides itself on only using the best vehicles, equipment and staff to ensure you have the experience of a lifetime.
Vehicles: We have a fleet of rugged 4X4 vehicles.Pictured below is one of our Land Rover 101 type vehicles . This vehicle goes anywhere in all weather conditions and can comfortably accommodate you and your luggage. This vehicle is also higher above the ground, which gives you one of the best grandstand views over the savannah and concentrations of wildlife. To ensure your comfort this spacious vehicle will take a maximum of 7 guests, the driver and our experienced guide/mechanic.

Easy access into the rear of the vehicle steps can be provided to aid boarding.
Seating and vehicle fixtures may vary on each vehicle.
Accommodation
Approved Hotels and Safari Lodges: All on a full board basis,or hal board with picnic lunch on our vehicle or boats. These all offer modern conveniences and services in great locations.
Luxury Tented Camps: Like canvas hotels in the safari parks. They have proper beds bathroom facilities and are fully serviced.
Mobile Tented Camp: Free your nomadic spirit.You will stay in Ankole Adventures own quality tents with occasional nights in approved hotels. Bring your "sense of adventure" as you enjoy nights under a million stars in our mobile, tented camp, traditionally cooked food, campfires and the sounds of the bush. Mobility enables us to go anywhere in Uganda. Your participation is not usually required in camp set up and breakdown, but if you want to put up a tent, chop firewood or light the fire, feel free.
The Tents: We use the latest generation of quality light dome hoop tents. These provide spacious individual opposing sleeping quarters in which you will have a camp bed, sleeping bag, pillow, small bedside table and fabric organiser-hanging rail. Our tents all have a communal sitting area between rooms for which we provide chairs. This is ideal for you to relax in rest periods after game drives and walks.

The Dining Area: Under our Safari Dining Shelter our staff will prepare and serve hearty delicious meals. Seating is arranged so as to allow lively discussion on the days events and anticipation of exciting times to follow. Then why not relax around the campfire with a drink and your new friends listening to the night chorus of the bush and gazing at the stars until late (Note don't forget to be up for those Early morning game drives!).
