Pricing - how it is worked out.

Ankole Adventures prides itself on its clear simple pricing. We operate a menu pricing structure. Pick which parts of your entire holiday you require us to arrange for you and we will prepare a quote for you. For your peace of mind we can arrange everything and most guests prefer this.

A typical holiday consists the following:

Your flight from your home country including any stopovers. We operate a fully licensed travel agency and can find the best flight for you from all the regional airlines operating into Uganda.

Transfer from Entebbe to your first nights accommodation. We have a fleet of well-maintained, comfortable vehicles with friendly drivers to greet you at the airport and take you to your Hotel.

The First Nights Hotel Accommodation. We use our local knowledge to find you a small friendly hotel in or around Kampala. We choose quiet areas with great service where you can sleep peacefully after your flight and be fresh for you adventures.

Your Tour or Safari with Us. We hope you will find our itineraries interesting and comprehensive. We build in options for activities wherever possible. You will proceed at a leisurely pace with regular breaks and stops at places of interest. Our vehicles comfortably accommodate up to seven guests for a quality travelling and viewing experience. We don't do Cattle or Sardine Class!! Tours normally start and finish in Kampala at our office or your hotel, unless we have a prior agreement with you. Tour price includes all services of driver guide and camp staff, meals and non-alcoholic drinks, travel in safari vehicle, ALL game park fees, Accommodation on tour and all activities (boat trips etc). Note: Alcoholic drinks may be included on some fishing and other tours or on request.

We can do tailor-made if that would suit you best. Please give as much notice and detail as you can. We will advise using local knowledge and up to date information on best places to visit.

Transfer back to Entebbe Airport for your outbound flight. If you are staying on in Uganda this can booked for a time after our tour ends or you can arrange yourself.
